How to lose weight within a week

First of all if any say one can reduce weight in 3 three days, then the people who listen to them are fool.

The reason is that no human body can show a reasonable change in structure in 3 days.

It takes time for our body to change fully, atleast 5 days. So within a week one can surely lose a considerable weight.

Its usual that obesity or increased weight is an effect of wrong eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise.

Follow the below tips correctly and without any pause.

Good Diet

We all know that diet plays an important role in weight gain as well as weight loss.

For an effective and quick weight loss, you should avoid all chemicals, toxins, additives and artificial components in your food and go for organic and natural food like fruits and vegetables.

You must completely cut down on all fatty, greasy and junk foods.

You should also reduce carbohydrate intake and have a protein rich diet.

Do not skip meals and have a regular breakfast (completely devoid of cheese and butter).

Avoid fried, buttered, or sweetened foods in order to lose weight in a week.

Do Exercise

You may be already having your regular workout regime.

But, one of the most important tips to lose weight fast and easy is to have a smart exercise program.

You have to do the pure fat burning exercises like Hindu squats.

On the other hand, aerobic exercises (25 - 30 minutes daily) and/or jogging and fast walking (10 - 20 minutes) are the most effective tips to lose weight in 10 days.

Drink Water

Drinking 8 glasses of water is a must as it helps in cleansing your body.

Similarly having a full glass of water before every meal will make you eat less and hence, help in quick weight loss.

Along with food, you should also keep a check on the beverages that you have.

You should completely avoid having artificial flavored fruit juices, regular milk, colas and sodas.

You can rather opt for low fat soy milk, vegetable soup or broth.

How to select food to reduce body fat

1. Avoid any carbohydrate that is (or) can be  white.

2. The following foods are thus prohibited, except for within 1.5 hours of finishing a resistance-training workout of at least 20 minutes in length: bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried food with breading.

3. If you avoid eating anything white, you’ll be safe.

4. Eat the same few meals over and over again

5. The most successful dieters, regardless of whether their goal is muscle gain or fat loss, eat the same few meals over and over again.

6. Mix and match, constructing each meal with one from each of the three following groups:

Legumes: Lentils, Black beans, Pinto beans

Vegetables: Spinach, Asparagus, Peas, Mixed vegetables

Proteins: Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor, Chicken breast or thigh, Grass-fed organic beef Pork

7. Eat as much as you like of the above food items. Just remember: keep it simple.

8. Pick three or four meals and repeat them. Almost all restaurants can give you a salad or vegetables in place of french fries or potatoes.

9. Surprisingly, I have found Mexican food, swapping out rice for vegetables, to be one of the cuisines most conducive to the “slow carb” diet.

10. Most people who go on “low” carbohydrate diets complain of low energy and quit, not because such diets can’t work, but because they consume insufficient calories.

11. A 1/2 cup of rice is 300 calories, whereas a 1/2 cup of spinach is 15 calories! Vegetables are not calorically dense, so it is critical that you add legumes for caloric load.

12. Some athletes eat 6-8x per day to break up caloric load and avoid fat gain. I think this is ridiculously inconvenient. I eat 4x per day

How to Lose weight in 10 days

1. Avoid salty foods.

2. You should not eat anything that contains a lot of salt. 3.

3. You should even avoid putting salt on the foods that you do it.

4. Salty foods cause your body to retain water, which makes you weight more and look bloated.

5. Drink only water or unsweetened tea.

6. Sodas and juices have a lot of calories, but they don't fill you up.

7. Even diet soda has been known to trigger cravings for sweets.

8. However, drinking water has been shown to speed up your metabolism.

9. For 10 days, you should only eat fruits and vegetables, and occasionally lean meats (watch the salt content!).

10. Do not eat any breads, pastas, dairy products, or fatty dressings.

11. This will cause you to lose any water weight that you have been retaining, making you look and feel slimmer.

12. By exercising for at least 30 minutes every day, you can increase the amount of weight lost.

1. Delete an application by first entering the Settings menu from the home screen contextual menu or the apps drawer.

4. Click on the tab that says Downloads. This will show you all the apps you have downloaded from the Market. Tap on the application you wish to uninstall.

6. It will ask you to confirm this deletion. Press OK to confirm and the app will be deleted off the device.
